Alison trained at the University of Nottingham gaining a BA (hons) in Music and then went on to train at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, gaining a post graduate diploma in Acting and Musical Theatre. Not only is Alison a talented actress, but also an accomplished musician, playing various instruments from cello and flute to piano (all grade 8). Her stage credits include Pride and Prejudice (Good Company), 'Unruly Women' (Quondam) and 'Oedipus' (Blackeyed Theatre). Her T.V credits include 'Emmerdale' (Yorkshire TV), 'Coronation Street' (Granada TV) and most recently 'My Spy Family' (Kindle Productions). Alison has also filmed various corporate videos and commercials. Most recently she has  appeared in 'Dick Whittington' (Pele Productions) at The Lighthouse, Poole and 'Why The Whales Came' (Birmingham Stage Company).
